Amazing antique mechanical Valentine featuring a boy and his dog. This mechanical operates by moving a piece on the back which moves the boy's torso--allowing him to pet the dog's head--and also wags the dog's tail. The affect overall is very cute and unique. This piece holds up well for its age with only minimal wear to the edges and corners. At one point the boys head was bent and folded. There is a visible fold line along the mouth which must be handled with care.
