We are thrilled to welcome you to sell and showcase your work at The Box SF for our multi-day weekend events held each month at our historic building located in the heart of San Francisco!


Artists & Makers Fairs

Connect with fellow creators & sell your artwork, photography, jewelry, and other handmade crafts at our monthly fairs, featuring 40+ local vendors each month!

EAT ME! Artisan Food Fairs

Share a taste of your baked goods, beverages, condiments, and other small-batch creations at our artisan food fairs, featuring an eclectic lineup of local culinary talent! Prepackaged foods only - no cooking onsite.

Friday Load In: 11am to 5pm
Saturday Buyers Hours: 11am to 5pm (Please arrive between 10am-10:45am to be ready). Admission: FREE
Sunday Buyers Hours: 11am to 4pm (Load out will be from 4pm to 6pm) Admission: FREE
 

About the events:

 
These monthly events consist of Saturday & Sunday vendor markets with FREE public entry. The fairs take place on the 2nd & 3rd floors of our venue. Our antique mercantile on the main floor will also be open during event hours and shoppers can freely navigate all levels.
 
Event details:

The vendor participation fee for our weekend event is $150 for both days and $100 for one day (plus a $5 Shopify fee). Tables may be shared with a friend to split individual costs. See below for additional pricing options.

Vendors do not need to bring their own table, but are welcome to do so.

Due to the unique nature of our venue, we have multiple table options to choose from. Our 2nd and 3rd floor spaces can fit up to 25 6'x30" tables. Our large GATE ROOM dining table, built from two 340-year-old antique Chinese village gates, can be split into five 5'x5' segments, offering unique vendor spaces best suited for large art pieces or displays of food products.

Our WEBSTER & WILLY SUITE tables can also be split between vendors, offering a more cozy and intimate setting.

The corner Webster Suite has a 10’ antique oak table and can hold 2 vendors. We can also fit up to two additional 6'x30” table in that room for a total of 4 vendor spaces. The entire Webster Suite can also be reserved for a single vendor for $550.

The Willy Suite can hold up to 2 vendors. As an option, the entirety of the Willy Suite can be reserved for $450

The BUDDY SUITE can fit up to seven tables. For our food fair, we're offering three 6'x18" tables for a discounted rate of $100 for the weekend or $75 per day in addition to the four regularly-priced 6'x30' tables. This is great for vendors with smaller items who don't require much table space. Click HERE to view our current layout for the Buddy Suite.
