Early century--around 1904--edition of Julia's Favorite Story Book published by Hurst and company. There is no information on the author or illustrator provided within the book. This book is in fair to good condition for its age. It has obviously been well loved and used throughout the last century and its appearance reflects that. There is some flaking, dirtying and small blemishes to the covers of this book, with a section of the back edge crunched and partially broken. The binding of this piece is in delicate condition at best and there are several pages near the front that are loose after tearing off. All pages look to be accounted for and the fallen leafs remain tucked inside the book. Some of the black ink on the inside pages has faded over time, but the majority of illustrations are in good, clean and clear condition. There is a small children's drawing of a turkey and two cows (see our photos) tucked into the pages of this book.
