Company: Yates & Co., Sheffield

Antique Sheffield stainless steel Table Cutlery box produced by Yates and Co. between the 1910's and 1920's. This listing is for the package only, the original contents have been lost to time. This piece is in fair to good condition for its age. It is rare and miraculous that this box even survived into the present day. The packaging has dulled and faded over the year and the edges and corners have small amounts of deterioration throughout. The top right corner of the label has torn and is peeling slightly. Inside the box is empty and clean. This piece remains strong, sturdy and attractive with its primary colors and Art Nouveau flourishes. A wonderful addition to a vintage kitchen!
