Adorable antique 1910's Valentine, featuring a small boy and girl preparing to eat pie. The small front piece folds down to reveal a red doily. This card is self-supporting and, with a little fiddling, stands on its own. There is printing on only one side of this card, the back remains blank.
This gold embossed Valentine is in fair to good shape for its age. There is some deterioration to the die-cut edges, some subtle fold lines and some general weathering and discoloration to the back of the piece. The doily is a little scrunched from the years, but is intact and operates properly. This is a lovely little piece of vintage holiday ephemera, perfect for display.
