This February 4, 2023, The Box SF and Rare Books SF, one of the largest antiquarian book and paper fairs in Northern California, will be partnering together to host an Open House and Evening Reception in conjunction with their three day show at the Hibernia Bank (February 3-5.)

Rare Books San Francisco 2023 Opening Reception at The Box SF!
Saturday Evening, February 4th from 6:30-9:30pm, immediately following the fair, The Box SF Mercantile and Event Spaces will be open for Tours, Shopping, and a Dealer and Collector's Reception in our 14,000 square foot 1920s building. A full CASH Bar will be open throughout the night
and light appetizers will be available.
Exhibitors and Dealers at Rare Books SF are free to attend with their Book Fair Booth Credentials
(To attend for FREE you must be a registered and confirmed Exhibitor at Rare Books SF.)
The event is also open and welcome to all other interested Collectors, Dealers, and the General Public. Please purchase your tickets through our Eventbrite Page.
The Pressroom and Mercantile at The Box SF is an antiquarian paper store housed in the historic 1926 Printing Plant which originally printed the San Francisco Examiner. The Store has been designed to resemble an 1850s Country Store and contains over 15 million pieces of rare Ephemera,
Books, Maps, Posters, Labels, and Vintage Advertising.
Put simply, we sell "All things Printed!"
Our Mercantile is a visual wonderland which draws visitors and collectors from around the world. We look forward to welcoming our guests this February 4th, 2023 for Cocktails and Lite Bites!
