An incredibly fun and unique partial Whiskers game box and contents from the 1920's. This listing is for the BOX only. This game was the original predecessor to Wooly Willy which was a popular novelty game in the Mid Century. This particular game was originally patented in 1925 and works the same way as the later game. Set contains original bottom of the box, two male portraits to hair dress and a large magnet as a stylus. The magnetic function on the original piece still works, with on side being stronger than the other. The original game lid, like the rest of the game, has some problems around its corners and is fragile because of its age . This game is in delicate antique shape and the paper/ cardboard portions should be handled gently. There are many small marks and sections of discoloration across the piece. There is also an original price tag on the back of the box.
