This is the inner lid of an early "Webster's Seed Box" found in Kansas City over 40 years ago screwed to the bottom of another seed box that had been used for shipping. This label, when discovered by our owner, had not seen the light of day in nearly 100 years. We have scores of other stunning seed boxes, including the original shipping box for this one with its own duplicate of this label. This particular item is in good condition considering it's age and original use. There are some tears and light creases (caused by the wood underneath) across the surface, but the colors are bright and the graphics strong and beautiful.
