Fantastic 1937 Official Tourist Guide for Southern California issues by the All-Year Club of SoCal. This 80 page paper travel booklet features maps, sections on arts, nightlife, and a list of the addresses of famous movie stars. The book also highlights towns and localities, including: Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Long Beach, as well as Santa Barbara, San Diego, Las Vegas, and as far up the coast as San Mateo County and Yosemite. Each page has multiple sepia printed photographs of local attractions and places to visit, and presents an idyllic and dreamlike portrait of California at large. The original prepaid form and questionnaire, addressed to the All-Year Club of Southern California, is still attached to the inside back cover of the piece. This item is in very good condition, and aside from some light fading and foxing to the outer spine, presents fantastically.
